How do I find the right size for me?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Our shoes generally fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up for the best comfort.
Are Neemans shoes machine washable?
Yes, many of our styles, including the Merino Wool and ReLaced collections, are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles and laces, place the shoes in a mesh bag, and wash on a cold, gentle cycle.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. To be eligible, the shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days across India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
